US Representative Jackie Speier recognized Rosie's for their contribution to winning WWII with a Congressional Gold Medal of Honor on Sunday April 11, 2021.
Also who joined her was Rosie the Riveters Phyllis Gould and Mae Krier, who worked closely with Congresswoman Speier and others on getting the gold medal.

We just thought we did what we were supposed to do, we did our duty, but we didn’t think how it important it was like it seems to be now… I always tell young people, we made history. Now it’s your turn. And there’s a lot of technology now. We need the new technical Rosies… Seriously, you can do it. Never give up.
